Port of Tacoma habitat restoration
Project overview
The Port of Tacoma has constructed, preserved, or participated in 21 sites, totaling over 213 acres, ranging from habitat creation for juvenile salmonids in Clear Creek, to restoration and conservation of sites important to migratory birds, and the creation of public access at ports. Some projects include multi stakeholder stewardship agreements and collaborations.
