Our initiatives
Climate-positive ports
Our flagship initiative brings together the people, expertise, and resources needed to accelerate practical solutions and build capacity for climate-positive ports.

Stakeholder engagement
We design and facilitate collaborative processes that help diverse stakeholders navigate complex climate and infrastructure challenges, build alignment, and move toward action.

01
Energy transition
We work at the intersection of clean energy and infrastructure, helping move projects from ambition to implementation. Our focus includes electrification, renewable power, zero-emission fuels, utility coordination, infrastructure planning, and the financing needed to get projects built.
02
Blue economy & innovation
We strengthen the bridges between ideas and implementation by connecting infrastructure owners, researchers, innovators, investors, and public-sector partners. Our focus is on helping ocean-climate solutions move toward demonstration, deployment, and scale.
Our initiatives are designed to reinforce one another by connecting research, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building around shared climate challenges.
We capture and share what works so lessons can be adapted, replicated, and scaled.
