Muskogee waterfront recovery & resiliency project
Project overview
The Muskogee Waterfront Recovery & Resiliency Project includes: 1) reconstructing the main dock at Oakley Terminal; 2) building a new heavy-lift dock; 3) updating on-dock rail; and 4) constructing a flexible-use warehouse, all aimed at enhancing cargo handling and port operations on the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System. This project received $23,955,557 in PIDP 2022.
