Project overview
The Offshore Wind Tower Manufacturing Port Project will develop 81 acres of vacant industrial land along the Hudson River into an offshore wind tower manufacturing port and redevelop 14.5 acres in the Port of Albany. It includes infrastructure design and construction: access bridge, internal roads, utilities, upland preparation, berth dredging, and a 500-foot heavy-capacity wharf. This project received $29,500,000 in PIDP 2021.
